Summer Camps

Summer camps are part of many children’s summer activities, and Adventist Camp Ministries (ACM) provides a fun experience with the opportunity to make new friends, while participating in outdoor activities in an environment intentionally committed to strengthening the camper’s relationship with God and His creation. ACM believes that studying the Bible and nature in a setting of wholesome social relationships and recreation will place campers and guests in a Christ-centered environment which promotes physical, mental, and spiritual development.

Together with National Camps for the Blind, camps in the Southern Union also provide special opportunities for blind children and adults are able to enjoy the camp experience, providing self-confidence and motivation to participants.

The Southern Union is home to 9 summer camps and organizes events throughout the year to enhance the summer camp program. All but one of the camps are accredited by at least one accrediting organization. In addition, camp facilities may be rented for church, corporate, or family events. Each camp has a variety of facilities and opportunities available to you.
